SO, WHAT IS UPTICK?
Uptick is a nine-month cohort-based discipleship and leadership development experience for high-
capacity emerging leaders ages 25-35.
Uptick finds and forms the next generation of Jesus-shaped leaders through significant networks of vital friends, intense personal and group interaction with mentors, and
congregational or community leaders.

THE COHORTS
Cohorts help participants deepen their spiritual leadership, gain heightened accountability in their goals, and craft a path of discipleship towards a flourishing and sustainable future.
This experience includes tailored content in addition to our foundational Uptick curricula to support you in your specific lane.
UPTICK CORE
We help church-based and Christian ministry leaders develop spiritual habits and soft relational skills that lead to a flourishing and sustainable ministry vocation.
UPTICK ENTREPRENEUR
We energize clusters of entrepreneurs with character formation and leadership skills so that they can fully integrate their faith and work and shape their business as mission.
UPTICK CATALYST
We equip Christian leaders with a higher intercultural intelligence through conversation and immersive experiences into difference: racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, theological, denominational, generational, and political. (Sponsored in part by the Lilly Endowment).
UPTICK GLOBAL
We share access to Uptick formation tools nationally and internationally, empowering young leaders who don’t otherwise have access to such opportunities, enabling sponsoring organizations to create and expand their own contextualized Uptick systems.
UPTICK ALUM
We gather Uptick alums across expressions and cohorts to build and broaden synergistic networks of spiritual friendships, refresh spiritual practices, sharpen leadership skills, and cultivate a pay-it-forward spirit of generosity to invest in current and future Uptick leaders.
